We study nanoelectronic devices based on nanomaterials and quantum phenomena to explore the next generation electronic devices and sensors. Recent development in the artificial intelligence requires the better performance of the computing and memory elements which enable the hardware accelerator for deep learning. We want to suggest new scientific approaches to meet such necessities by combining the nanostructured materials (such as graphene, transition-metal dichalcogenide, carbon nanotube) and the quantum physical phenomena (such as topological insulator, superconductivity, quantum Hall effect, ferroelectricity, magnetism) on the foundation of semiconductor fabrication technology.
