The Synergistic Nanoscience Research Laboratory (SNRL) at Ewha Womans University explores nanoelectronic devices based on low-dimensional materials such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, and two-dimensional semiconductors. We investigate novel quantum phenomena through their integration with superconducting, topological, ferroelectric, and quantum Hall systems. Our long-term goal is to develop next-generation AI hardware by combining nanomaterials with emerging memory technologies.
